Today is the first day we will begin to announce our intentions. It is a sad day as we know we can no longer go back, at the same time I am very exited about our ideas and prospects of the future. We have some amazing ideas about the food, decor and all the incredible beers we will have. It has been a very creative past month deciding on menu items and interior design and colors.
I hope you'll add us to the list of blogs that you will follow as I will be posting shortly daily blogs as the work begins. Our last day as we know il Piatto will be on Sunday, March 18'th, so please stop on in prior and you can see the amazing transformation about to occur.
