Wer mag Schwartzwalder Kirschtorte? oder hausgemachte Bretzen?

Did several things today, took lots of pictures, cooked and ate plenty of sausages, sliders and hamburgers.... They were they Good.

Today was a sausage making day. We made Weisswurst, Bratwurst and turkey, sage and apple sausages.
I'll be making tofu,carrot and curry next.
The sausages are all Gluten Free!

The newest pics are up. We open on May 10th for business, so excited!

Each area we are creating will have it's own feel. This is going to be one of our seating areas complete with vintage orange couches and Keane paintings.
I'll be adding other photos as we work on the various areas of "The Slide Inn"

Wow! we did all the floors today. They look amazing! We are so looking forward to decorating the space. Lenor has such a great eye for details and color.
We have an amazing collection of very themed 70's style decorations that will be going up soon.
Thanks to the help of Armando who has been instrumental in the space coming together.
I am going to start working more on the food pretty soon.
